Food Therapy is the third branch of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. Food therapy involves using whole foods to formulate a diet plan that takes into account patient personality, patient health status, and individual energetic food properties. Food therapy is the art and science of combining the right proteins, grains, vegetables, and fruits to improve quality of life and treat health related issues. Food therapy consists of home cooked meals and/or commercially prepared diets with limited ingredients.
